The solicitation will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price with EPA, requirements type contract for up to a period of 5 years. Multiple contracts will be awarded and all responsible sources will be considered. All interested sources may submit a request for a solicitation in writing via fax at 813-840-5481. No telephone requests will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to set aside certain portions of the solicitation for small business. This solicitation will be subject to FAR Part 12.
