The equipment on which this upgrade is to be accomplished is located at DMC, Chambersburg. DITCO intends to award a sole source contract to Platinum Technologies, Inc. of Reston, VA. Requested period of performance is 30 days after date of contract award. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals. The resultant contract will be firm, fixed price. All responses from responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source Purchase Order.
