70 -- SOFTWARE POC Jackie Saxon, Contract Specialist, (303) 969-7235, Jackie Saxon, Contracting Officer, (303) 969-7235 The Bureau of Reclamation, Administrative Service Center (ASC) has a requirement for upgrades, maintenance and enhancement services for the following software products: KEY:Enterprise, KEY:Plan, KEY:Analyze, KEY:Design, KEY:Doc, and KEY:Expert. Due to the proprietary nature of these items, it is the Government's belief that Sterling Software, 39555 Orchard Hill Place, Suite 600, Novi, MI 48375-5379, is the only that can provide these services. However, should additional sources be identified, they will be considered. Interested concerns must respond within 15 days of the date of this notice and shall provide sufficient detail describing and substantiating how they can meet the above- listed requirements. Simplified Acquisition Procedures are applicable. Responses must be in writing, reference this notice, and shall be submitted to the above POC. Telephone responses will not be honored. (0176)
