The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Albuquerque Area Office, has a requirement for food services program at Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Contractor shall furnish food handling service consisting of (i) management and operation of food handling facilities, kitchens, and dining halls, and (ii) purchase, receipt, storage, handling, processing, cooking, packaging, serving and disposal of food. Except for sack lunches and the preparation and serving of short orders when required, food will be served cafeteria style with student s self-bussing their trays (soiled dishes and silverware onto a wheeled cart). The contractor will be responsible for unloading onto dish washing counter. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the tables, drink, and salad bar area clean and reasonably dry at all times. This procurement is being issued under the full and open competition requirements as promulgated under 48 FAR Subpart 6.1.
