This is planned to be a follow-on sole source award to SysTeam, Inc., a small business. Award to any other source would result in subsantial duplication of costs to the Government and would cause unacceptable delays in fulfilling ATCOM's requirements. The contractor shall provide continued provision of programmatic, logistics, and technical support, as an independent contractor in support of the research and development activities of the RAH-66 Comanche Helicopter Development Program. The effort includes Cost Estimating and Analysis, Risk Management, Milestone Planning and Support and Program Planning and Assessment, to include acquisition and program management support, supportability logistics management, MANPRINT, pollution prevention, Halon Replacement, test and evaluation, producibility and production engineering and configuation management program requirements. Tentative solicitation closing date is 31 Jul 96. Period of Performance will be twelve months. It is anticipated that this will be a Time and Materials contract.
