68-C3-0374. Tetra Tech, Inc. is hereby soliciting Firm-Fixed Unit Price
proposals for laboratory services for analysis of fish tissue samples
collected during Phase II of the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish
Commission (CRITFC) Exposure Study. The resulting contract will be of
an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinate Quantity Type, however it is
anticipated that approximately 50-120 samples will be collected. The
scope of work will consist of a sample handling task, which includes
the receipt, processing (i.e., homogenization), and redistribution of
sample aliquots and a sample analysis task. Analyses required are for
Dioxins/Furans and Coplaner PCBs, specifically for the 17 2, 3, 7, 8-
substituted dioxins and furans and for 13 coplanar PCBs (77, 105, 114,
118, 123, 126, 156, 1157, 167, 169, 170, 180, and 189) using methods
U.S. EPA 1613B and 1668, respectively. It is anticipated that sampling
will begin in early summer of 1996 and continue through the summer of

at Tetra Tech's office (noted above) on or before the close of business
