The Air Combat Command Contracting Squadron (ACC CONS SQ) intends to issue an RFP to competitively purchase nonpersonal services to perform on-call hourly hardware maintenance with a two hour per call minimum. The maintenance charges shall include, but are not limited to, all parts, labor, tools, diagnostics aids and software, materials, documentation, supervision, travel costs, and other items and services necessary to perform remedial services within an established PPM or an established OPPM. Maintenance shall be performed on main operating systems manufactured by Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), as well as peripheral equipment attached to the main operating system, which may be manufactured by DEC, Omni, Tatun, Motorola, Emulex, Datability, SON, MTV, HPC, CAL, and/or USO. Equipment is located at Langley AFB VA, Offutt AFB NE, Nellis AFB NV, and Tyndall AFB FL. This location list may be modified by the Government as mission requirements dictate, expect that no location outside of CONUS will be added. Contract type is firm fixed price requirements contract: one basic year plus four one-year options.
