ext. 657. The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for
approximately 485,477 hours of services plus related material in
support of TB-16/BQ Series and TB-29 Towed Arrays, OA-9070 Series
Deployable Array Working Group (DAWG) and related equipment. These
equipment are used with submarine sonar and combat systems AN/BQQ-5,
AN/BQQ-6, AN/BSY-1 and AN/BSY-2. The required services will support
production, field, logistics, depot, training and Fleet activities; and
repair, refurbishment and modification of deployed equipment. These
supplies and services are only available from one source, Lockheed
Martin Ocean, Radar & Sensor Systems (OR&SS), who is the developer and
producer of the TB-16/BQ Series and TB-29 Towed Arrays and OA-9070
Series DAWG and, therefore, is the only source who can provide the
services and supplies in the required timeframe. Accordingly, award is
to be made to Lockheed Martin OR&SS, P. O. Box 4840, Syracuse, NY
13221-4840 pursuant to authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and will consist
of a base year of approximately 82,220 hours and four option years
totaling approximately 403,257 hours. Businesses seeking subcontracting
