The requirement includes a FY 97 initial performance period of 8-1-97 through 9-30-97 for two months mobilization, four one-year options for FY 98 through FY 01, and ten months in FY 02, consisting of an option for eight months of COMS and an option for a two-month transition, for a total of five years performance. This is a negotiated procurement. SECRET clearance required. RFP N1339-96-R-0056 will be issued o/a 1 OCT 96. Pre-proposal conferences will be held at each site as follows; TTF BANGOR 19-21 Nov 96; STF SAN DIEGO 5-6 Nov 96; STC PACIFIC 25-26 Nov 96; and TTF KINGS BAY 29-31 Oct 96.
