M -- CONCESSION PERMIT SOL ROMO005-97 DUE 080296 POC Chief Ranger, Joe Evans, 970/586-1219 Public notice is hereby given that the National Park Service intends to award a concessions permit with Rocky Mountain Nature Association authorizing it to continue providing limited visitor convenience items in conjunction with cooperating association activities for the public at Rocky Mountain National Park and Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument, in Colorado for a period of four (4) years from January 1, 1997, through December 31, 2000. Interested parties should contact the Superintendent, Rocky Mountain National Park for information as to the requirements of the proposed permit. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This permit renewal has been determined to be categorically excluded from the procedural provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act and now environmental document will be prepared. The Director will consider and evaluate all offers received as a result of this notice. Any offer, including that of an existing concessioner, must be received by the Superintendent, Rocky Mountain National Park not later than thirty (30) day following publication of this notice to be considered and evaluated.
