Services nonpersonal: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, labor, supervision, services and other items necessary to replace the existing uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system with a three-phase, on-line, static-type, redundant, UPS system including the following principal component parts: (1) rectifier/battery charger, (2) battery, (3) inverter, (4) static bypass transfer switch and (5) maintenance bypass isolation switch, in the Central Heat and Power Plant at Eielson AFB AK.
