Q -- HOME OXYGEN SOL RFP 554-52-96 DUE 072596 POC Noella Pregill, Contract Officer (303-393-2849) Contractor will provide medical gases, related supplies, equipment maintenance, routine checks, repairs, parts, loaner equipment and follow-up visits for veteran beneficiary patients of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Denver, CO 80220. Contractor must have a current certificate of accreditation by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organization (JCAHO). Due to our requirements, this procurement is restricted to eligible, qualified contractors who have established facilities within the State of Colorado. Contract will be for a base year with four-one year options to extend. Solicitation packages will be available O/A 07/01/96.
