The Health Resources and Services Administration, Maternal and Child Health Bureau requires services to implement activites to assist in meeting the Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC) Five Year Plan Objectives; report of participation in the EMSC Partnership for Children meeting; plan for convening EMS health professionals; report of participation in the EMSC Partnership for children meeting; report from meeting and reports including identification of next steps. The Government intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with The American Psychological Association, 750 First Street N.E., Washington, DC 20002. The American Psychological Association is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file.
