R -- DIVISION OF HEALTHY START - PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO ITS 22 GRANTEE PROJECTS. SOL HRSA- MCHB-96-H0629A POC Alexandra B. Garcia. The Health Resources and Services Administration, Maternal and Child Health Bureau requires services to assist the Divison of Healthy Start provide technical assistance to its 22 grantee projects by researching materials, analyzing data and developing a report and recommendations on comparative data on cost and utilization related to intensive case management and other similar interventions of Healthy Start projects, Medicaid Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and other health care provider organizations. The Government intends to negotiate with The Law Offices of Mark S. Joffe, 1800 K Street N.W., Washington, DC 20006. The Law Offices of Mark S. Joffe is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is on file.
