This is a high visibility building which hosts many special events and conferences. Period of performance: Basic year and four 1-year options. Solicitation issue date: On or about 1 September 1996. This procurement is being considered as a 100 percent small business set-aside. Indication of business size is required on all requests. The Abstract of Offers and Section B of the Schedule of the current contract will be issued with the solicitation.
