S -- WINDOW WASHING SERVICES SOL IFB 657-70-96 DUE 081296 POC Karen Munroe, Contract Specialist (314) 894-6610 The VA Medical Center, St. Louis, Missouri, intends to procure window washing services for identified buildings located at: Jefferson Barracks Division, #1 Jefferson Barracks Drive, St. Louis, Missouri 63125-4199 and John Cochran Division, 915 North Grand Ave., St. Louis, MO 63106. Contractor will be required to wash and clean approx. 6,034 windows and approx. 4,213 screens including sills and framing for both divisions. Services will be for a base period beginning August 15, 1996. During the base period, all services must be performed within the period of August 15, 1996 through October 15, 1996. During the option years, all services must be performed within the months of May 1 through September 30. Exercise of options will be accomplished by February 1. Invitation for Bid to be issued July 12, 1996. Invitation for Bid will be due August 12, 1996.
