Education and work experience assessment for awarding college level credit with referral capability. Service will be computer oriented package capable of analyzing military experience and previous education credit resulting in a recommended overall level credit hrs toward a basic 2 or 4 year degree. In addition contractor will correlate recommended college credit to external degree programs and colleges which assist customer in selecting the least costly institution for completing a 2 or 4 year college degree program.
