FISC Norfolk DET Philadelphia intends to acquire four (4) integrated learning system labs to provide integrated computer assisted instruction for the Antilles Consolidated School System, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. Each lab needs to support twenty-five (25) students. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on an other than full and open competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 with Computer Curriculum Corporation of Sunnyvale, CA since they are the only company that can provide curricula materials for a K-12 learning environment, including Math, Science, English, and secondary level career education modules with bilingual and Spanish components where appropriate. All other responsible sources may submit concise documentation for consideration regarding their ability to provide the required services as well as financial and technical information. If no affirmative written responses advantageous to the Navy are received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, a request for quotation will be issued to Computer Curriculum Corporation. Note, no contract award will be made on the basis of information received to this notice. Further, the Navy will not pay for any information provided.
