Sartain, Purchasing Specialist, 901/747-7618 The U.S. Postal Service intends to issue a cost reimbursable design/build contract to design and construct a 108,000 square foot expansion to the existing USPS-owned, Las Vegas, NV, Processing & Distribution Center (P&DC), enclosing 10,500 square feet of existing outside covered storage and constructing a new 13,230 square foot covered storage shelter. The design/build entity will be responsible for furnishing manpower, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project. Offerors will be required to submit both technical and price proposals. Technical submittals will require evidence of: (1) Experience; (2) Management Plan; (3) Past Performance; (4) Financial Capability; (5) Organization; (6) Backlog. Return date for the above project is July 23, 1996. Performance Time is 300 days. Estimated Cost Range is between $6,500,000 and $9,500,000.
