The work includes the construction of a free standing 2,848 square foot addition to a masonry building. The work includes relocation of a storm drainage pipe, pile foundation system for one story brick/block exterior walls which support a bar joist roof system composed of metal decking, insulation and standing seam roofing. Stand alone package mechanical units will be used for heating and cooling the addition. Fire alarm system will be installed in addition to the extension of the existing telephone system. Other electrical, mechanical, and incidental related work is included. The estimated cost of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bid opening is scheduled for 2:30 P.M. on 09/04/96.
