The (Base Bid) of this project consists of 3.27 miles of road construction on Section II of Sugar Creek Road No. 1600 to include 17232 cubic yards of unclassified material, 1186 linear feet of various diameter metal pipe, 8.1 acres of clearing, 3750 tons of surfacing and other small items, for example, erosion control measures, pre-fabricated low water crossing (installation only) and channel liner. The (Add Alternate) of this project consists of 2.27 miles of road construction on Section III of the Sugar Creek Road No. 1600 to include 1447 cubic yards of unclassified material, 1008 linear feet of various diameter metal pipe, 6.5 acres of clearing and 1900 tons of surfacing and other smaller items, for example, erosion control measures. This project is located on the Redbird Ranger District of the Daniel Boone National Forest, Clay County, Kentucky. For purposes of award, the additive or deductive item will be determined by availability of government funding at the time of bid opening. (170)
