The work includes the removal and disposal of existing devices and appliances, installation of a new adressable fire alarm voice evacuation system throughout buildings 1 and 12, extending existing automatic sprinkler systems and installation if new for complete coverage, and incidental related work. The requirement is estimated between $500,000.00 and $100,000.00. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is 180 calendar days after receipt of contract award.
