In general, work consists of providing and securing all operations in connection with the removal and replacement of the metal roofing and roofing insulation on Building 430, Eglin AFB FL. The entire metal roofing and sprayed-on insulation on Building 430, including gutters, downspouts, etc. and all related items such as roof mounted exhaust fans and lightning protection shall be removed. A new raised seam metal roof shall be furnished and installed completely over the building including vinyl faced metal building insulation below the new roofing. Roof exhaust fans and lightning protection system shall be removed, cleaned and replaced. Provide new insulation curbs and flashings. Estimated dollar range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
