This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice: The work includes removal of existing floor, ceiling and wall finishes along with existing electrical/mechanical systems, lead containing paint and asbestos. Work provided includes a new suspended acoustical ceiling systems with an appropriate lighting system. New gypsum board interior walls with furring channels and rigid insulation to be provided along with new floor finishes (VCT), and new mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems. An existing raised access floor system is to remain, however the floor panels are to be replaced and incidental related work. Estimated cost range: $100,000 - $250,000.
