Repair/Replace Roof, NAVCENT, Bldg 532. The previously announced indefinite delay of this procurement is canceled and the following schedule of issue and closing projected dates are announced. The solicitation will be issued on or about 8 July 1996 and the bid opening date will be on or about 7 Aug 1996. Description of Need: Remove existing metal roof and install new metal deck, insulation, substrate, waterproofing membrane and new standing seam metal roof with 20 year warranty. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is unrestricted. The roof fabricator must participate in the AISC Quality Certification Program and be designated an AISC-Certified Plant, Category I, conventional steel structures. The Installer shall be a current member of Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association Inc. (SMACCNA).
