INVITATION FOR BIDS: IFB, drawings and specifications will be available for Removal of Underground Storage Tanks at Minot AFB, North Dakota 0/A 6 Jul 96. General construction that will involve five (5) different site's on Minot AFB. Removal of two (2) underground storage tanks at separate site's and fuel contaminated soil at three (3) other sites. Also work to include installation of approximately 30 cubic yards of airfield concrete pavement. Work is 100% general. Work is not in a restricted area, and consists of a 360 days performance period. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business concerns. SDB preference program as contained in DFARS 2319.7204 will be used in the evaluation for award. Project requirements will be made available O/A 6 Jul 1996.
