This project consists essentially of, but not limited to, the construction of a new standing seam metal roof system of approximately 33,500 square feet to be installed over existing roof of facility 206. Work includes removal of existing gravel stops, gutters, downspouts, fascia boards, and relocation or extension of mechanical and electrical systems. This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 1761. All responsive offers will be considered. The contract performance period is 180 calendar days. Project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
