17 -- REPLACE COUNTERTOPS SOL IFB 613-59-96 DUE 081696 POC Crisandra Johnson Furnish all labor, tools, material, supplies, and equipment to replace counter tops at the VAMC, Martinsburg, WV, in accordance with specifications and drawings. Work to include the following: (Base Bid) Replace counter tops complete with integral back splashes, integral lavatory bowls and side splashes in Wards 3A, 3B, 3C, 4A, 5A, 5B, and 5C of building 500 at the VAMC. This will require the following: Removal of existing counter tops and lavatory, installation of new counter top with integral lavatory and coved back splash, installation of side splashes where indicated, installation of new lavatory drains, installation of new supply lines from stops to lavatory, installation of existing faucets and traps. (replace 10% of traps.) Bid Alternate 1: Delete 3C. Bid Alternate 2: Delete 3C and 5C. Cost Range: $100,000-$250,000. Full and open competition. Subject to availability of funds.
