The Government intends to award a sole source source purchase order to Anser Corporation, 1215 Jefferson Davis Highway, Suite 800, Arlington, VA 22202-3251. The requirement is for an automated suspense tracking system to provide the following features: provide multi-level suspense control, the ability to associate documents with taskings, document version control, suppport document imaging for document scanning, support TCP/IP for WAN access, easy integration with MS Office applications, complete integration with the PEOs suspense management system, and the ability to create ad-hoc workflows. The tracking system is required to provide the following: 1) PC Docs open server license (15 user pack) - Quantity 1, 2) Software support (15 user) - Quantity 15, 3) Watermark Enterprise Edition (10 Pack) - Quantity 1, 4) Watermark Enterprise Edition (5 Pack) Quantity 1, 5) Technical Support for Watermark (15 User) - Quantity 1, 6) Installation/Travel (2 Technicians) - Quantity 1, 7) Training/Travel (Users) - Quantity 15, 8) 80 Hours Hotline Support, and 9) PC Docs Open without Sequel Software - Quantity 1. This tracking system must be able to have shared access to suspense control tracking, control and archiving databases.
