The Marine Corps intends to procure 62 each ground cloths, NSN 5430-00-489-1178 and 657 each 20,000 gallon collapsible fabric fuel tanks, NSN 5430-01-058-6293 including wooden shipping box. First Article Testing may be required. The tanks shall be produced in accordance with a Marine Corps Purchase Description. The solicitation will be unrestricted and will require submission of technical as well as pricing information. Required technical submissions shall include the potential contractor's organizational structure, quality control program, production plan, test plan, managerial capabilities and past performance information relative to successful production of same or similar products.
