It is the intent of the Bemidji Area Indian Health Service to issue a request for proposal on June 20, 1996 to the American Indian Health and Family Service of South Eastern Michigan for continuation of a urban health care clinic, which has been operating the urban health program and is a 100 percent Indian Owned Non-profit Corporation.
