The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Jamaica has a requirement for the services of a contractor to provide six months technical assistance to the Jamaica Customs Department (JCD). The contractor will assist the Government of Jamaica (GOJ) with its continuing reform of customs policies, regulations and procedures, thereby reducing barriers to trade and increasing government revenue. Interested parties shall submit their request for the RFP via Fax 809-929-9944 or by mail to the address above. The deadline for submitting the proposals will be 30 calendar days after the effective date of the RFP.
