The building will be used to x-ray equipment for inspection purposes. the building shall include an office, toilet facilities, x-ray developing room, and areas for equipment inspection and x-ray. The building shall contain a mono-rail hoist, sink for x-ray developing, eye-wash stations and roll-up doors. The building shall have a metal building frame, double- sloped roof, masonry exterior walls, insulation, concrete block interior partitions, finishes, and mechanical, plumbing, electrical and telephone systems. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542. Small business size standard is average annual receipts of a concern and all affiliates over the preceding three fiscal years cannot exceed $17 million. Period of performance for completion of the project is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is unrestricted. Estimated range of the project is $250,000 to $500,000. Award of the contract is subject to statutory limitation of $300,000.00.
