Honan, Jr, Contracting Officer, 910-394-6599. This project consist of site preparation for the addition of two (2) aircraft, such being a C-130 and F-16, to the Pope Air Force Base Air Park. Construction will include site clearing, earthwork, sidewalks, handicap curb ramps, landscaping, irrigation, and site lighting. The magnitude of this construction is between $100,000 and $250,000 with a performance period of 90 calendar days. This proposed acquisition will be issued unrestricted.
