The work includes interior and exterior renovations which will include remodel of kitchen and baths, replacing carports with garages, alterations to the front entries and side and rear yards, landscaping, improvements to streets, and addition of tot lots. Work to include all design, supervision, labor, material and equipment for the repairs/revitalization which will include demolition, earthwork, landscaping, carpentry, insulation, exterior and interior finishes, painting, kitchen equipment, cabinets, plumbing, ductwork, electrical and incidental related work.Source selection procedures will be used. Offerors will be required to submit technical and price proposals. The evaluation factors are: Design, Past Performance-Construction, Design Team Contractors, Subcontracting and price. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 16 JUL 96 at no charge until supply is exhausted. Contract completion time is 330 calendar days.
