The work includes but is not limited to the following: Remove and dispose of old watertube boiler plus associated appurtenances. Move and install GFE 700 Hp Firetube Steam Boiler and associated appurtenances from storage site on base to Building 234 jobsite. Provide materials such as piping, sheetmetal, ductworks, insulation, etc. required to support GFE boiler installation, cut an opening in the exterior building wall, frame the opening, provide roll-up door with associated hardware, and incidental related work. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 16 Jul 96 at no charge until supply is exhausted. Contract completion time is 120 calendar days.
