The work includes the replacement of the heating, ventilating and air conditioning system in the Dental Clinic, Building 595, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, CA. Specific items of work include, but are not limited to the replacement of existing chiller, pump and air handling unit with new units, provide VAV box for each zone in the building, create new zone as required, rework of chilled water piping in equipment yard area, replace the existing pneumatic control with a new DDC system and balance the upgraded HVAC system. The requirement is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. A Firm-Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is 230 calendar days after receipt of contract award.
