Repair Hangar Cubicles, Bldg. 532 on Charleston AFB, SC. Estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance time is 270 days. Work consists of but is not limited to the following major items of work and are listed for the contractor's convenience in order that they may determine the general scope of work involved. Scope of work includes the following: 1) Replace the mechanical system for Cubicle A and water-proof the concrete roof decks of Cubicles A, B, and C., 2) Renovate the floor plan of Cubicles B and C to include new Break Rooms, Toilets with showers, and Office/Work space. Provide new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes., 3) Replace the mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems of Cubicles B and C., 4) Paint the exterior walls of Cubicles A, B, and C., 5) Apply a water repellent to first floor concrete slabs of Cubicles B and C except those areas noted to receive a resinous flooring finish., 6) Replace the hangar steam distribution piping and chilled water distribution piping, including the chiller serving Cubicles A, B, and C., 7) Provide modifications and equipment for the hangar pneumatic air distribution piping. Work is to be performed at Charleston Air Force Base, SC.
