This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice: The work includes but is not limited to the removal of existing exterior doors, dock bumpers, lighting, ceiling system, and masonry, as well as sidewalks, asphalt paving and an existing garage door. Work provided involves enclosing the existing loading dock with a vestibule which is extended from the existing. Provided will be metal stud walls with gypsum board interior walls, a new ceiling system with new lighting, new windows, new entrance doors, a new ADA compliant concrete ramp system and a new standing seam metal canopy system with exterior finishes using exterior insulation finish system. Related new mechanical and electrical system will also be provided, as will sitework for the new ramp and sidewalks. Estimated cost range: $25,000 - $100,000. The SIC code is 1542 and the small business size standard is ($17.0 million) are applicable to this contract.
