The work includes installation of HVAC at Building 158, Naval Amphibious Base, Coronado, CA. Specific items of work include, but are not limited to provide and install 20 ton split system heat pump, piping and accessories along with ductwork and air distribution in new building under construction by SEABEES. Indoor unit shall be low noise and be of the modular type. Work shall also include air balancing of the new system. The requirement is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. A Firm-Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Quotes will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is 135 calendar days after receipt of contract award. All responsible sources may submit a bid.
