Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to maintain joint seals, Nellis Range Comples - IDIQ. Work includes, but is not limited to removing and replacing joint sealant and repair of spalls in Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavements at Indian Springs AFAF NV and the Tonopah Test Range NV. This project is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type project with a guaranteed amount of $50,000 and a maximum annual amount of $975,000 for the one year (365 calendar day) contract period. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1699 with a three year average annual small business size standard of $17 million. An evaluation factor may be given to small disadvantaged business (SDB) firms to determine the low bidder. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted and open to all firms, including small and SDB concerns.
