The work includes the complete demolition and removal of building 307 from foundation up, and according to these specifications and the referenced drawings. Adjacent buildings and facilities are to be protected from any adverse effects of the demolition. All debris shall be collected in a dumpster and disposed of off-site according to applicable local, state and federal laws. PCBs and ACMs shall be removed according to Section 02076 and 02081 of these specifications. All utilities shall be safely disconnected without disturbing service to other buildings and facilities. The limits of work, and sediment control, shall be as indicated in the project drawings. The finished grade shall be as indicated in the drawing and concordant with these specifications. This soliciation is unrestricted and open for participation by all interested firms. The Estimated Cost Range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Bid Opening Date is on or about 15 August 1996 at 2:00pm.
