Offerors will be required to submit a two-part package consisting of: 1. technical experience/capabilities, references, and 2. cost proposal. The evaluation factors, in descending order of importance, will be: 1)prime contractor's experience in install- ing and servicing elevators; 2) number of comparable elevators installed within the past 3 years; 3)past performance record from references on 3 comparable projects; and 4)percentage of elevator installation and maintenance prime proposes to perform in-house.
