The work includes but is not limited to: review existing structural study to comply with new design criteria. renovate existing bathrooms, remove all shower fixtures and related plumbing, provide handicap accessible first floor bathrooms, replace entire mechanical and electrical systems, replacement of exterior windows, replace existing fire alarm system, design security (cipher) lock controls, replace front entraceway with new thermal-insulated tinted glazing and repair and resurface driveway, front and side parking lots.
