This project will be a multi-year Indefinite Deliver Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract which will consist of separately issued delivery orders. This project will consist of roof repair of various facilities at Hanscom AFB, MA and New Boston AFS, NH. The principle items of work include but are not limited to removing, installing and repairing: various decking and underlayments, asphalt shingles, roll roofing, membranes, metal roofing, and build-up roofing systems. The Contractor may also install wood soffits, trim, roof ventilation, gravel stops, flashings, roof drains and gutters. The length of the contract will be for one basic year and two option years (a total length of three years). The minimum value of a single delivery order will be $1000.00. The maximum value of the delivery orders that must be performed simultaneously is $1,000,000. The minimum dollar value will be $150,000.00, with a minimum over the life of the contract (all three years) of $450,000.00. The maximum for all three years will be $3,000,000.00. The contractor performance period will be specified with each delivery order.
