Work consists of removing existing and providing new interior finishes, doors, door frames, windows, walls, air conditioning units, electrical items and other incidental work as shown on the drawings and as specified. New work also includes new exterior stairs. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish items which may be required or associated with this type of work. This project is subject to the availability of funds. The estimated issue date for this project is 19 July 1996. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder.
