The Bureau of the Public Debt is upgrading an existing large screen video projection system located in Parkersburg, WV, which was installed eight years ago by various vendors providing a mix of manufacturers' products. The Government requires a new color video projector with required accessories to be professionally integrated with existing equipment to provide video, sound, and data within one control panel. All responsible sources may submit a proposal via a GSA Schedule, on an open market basis, or a combination of the two. The contractor shall furnish support services required for the installation and training of the new equipment and de-installation of existing equipment. Vendors wishing to receive the Simplified Acquisition solicitation must submit a written request. A site visit will be offered after the RFQ is issued. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
