EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 1994, ALL SOLICITATIONS ISSUED FROM FT. MONMOUTH FOR ACQUISITIONS OVER THE SMALL PURCHASE THRESHOLD WILL BE SOLICITED VIA THE EBB. AFTER 1 OCTOBER 1994, ONLY THOSE PARTIES WHO DO NOT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO ACCESS THE EBB WILL BE FORWARDED HARD COPIES UPON REQUEST. HOWEVER, AS OF 1 JANUARY 1995 HARD COPY WILL NO LONGER BE DISTRIBUTED. (Exceptions are Post, Camp and Station acquisitions.)
