Fabrication of the Test Kit shall be accomplished @ contractor's facilities. Test Kit should be capable of post-overhaul acceptance testing of 4 ea F16 Eng Bleed Vales. Test Kit is capable of controlling 600 psi air @ 700 deg F & 7010/min flow under static,pressure transient & flow transient conditions. Inco for a site visit will be included in Solicitation Pkg.
