The National Cancer Institute intends to negotiate with R.O.W. Sciences, Inc. for additional contractor services under Contract No. N01-CN-15348. This project includes scientific, technical, and logistical support to the Cancer Control Science Program through the task order mechanism. The additional services are necessary to provide continuation of ongoing research support services without interruption for several task orders, while proceeding with the competitive process to recompete this ongoing program. Authority: 41 USC 253(c)(1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. Inherent duplication of cost to the Government and unacceptable delays in completing the tasks make competition infeasible for this phase-out period.
